Sandra-Dee Rosemarie Thompson-Davis Sandra-Dee Rosemarie Thompson-Davis was born in St. Andrew, Jamaica, West Indies on August 4, 1960. She was brought to London, England just after reaching the tender age of 1 years old. She attended kindergarden in London and grew up with all our friends and family who were then living there as well. An only child in our group of friends, she was often referrred to as "my pocketbook". Then came the late 60's, and we decided to migrate to Brooklyn, New York with our little Sandee. She lived happily in Brooklyn, eventually attending Erasmus High School until her Junior year in High School. Once more the family relocated to Uniondale , Long Island and Sandee attended Uniondale High School. After graduation, Sandee attended Old Westbury and Adelphi Universities graduating with Degrees Bachelor in Business Management and Bachelor of Science Degrees from Old Westbury University. She started her first real job with The Guardian Bank which soon went out of business. Her second job was with State Farm Insurance in "Five Towns" in New York and beautifully did her job for over 17 years. She love her colleagues in New York but she wanted to be closer to her parents, who now had retired. And ofcourse she also wanted to be in the warm Sunshine State, away from the cold and snow that New York produced. Eventually she requested a transfer, and began working at State Farm in Coconut Creek for over 5 years, until, unfortunately her passing. Simultaneously while juggling a booming career, Sandee met and married her handsome husband Barry Davis. And from this union, they were blessed with 2 beautiful children, Breanna now 16 & Barrington Jr now 15. Sandra-Dee was everything we wanted, courteous, cultured, caring, loving, thoughtful and kind. Whatever Mom wanted, Mom received. She was very creative, who showed her love in very creative ways. Come visit our Website to see some of the ways!!! Sandee loved going on cruises, especially the Carnival Cruise Lines, where the entire family enjoyed going to many islands with her. We are all going to miss you, our dearest Sandee, but we will always remember you and keep you in our hearts forever. We loved you so much but God loved you the best. Rest in Peace our dearest sweetest Sandee (Pocketbook)... We would like to thank all the kind and loving folkes at State Farm Insurance, along with a special thanks to Mrs. Rashawanda Harvey. Mrs. Harvey was Sandee's supervisor at State Farm. Everyone from State Farm, as well as Michelle Dennie, all were so loving, caring and considerate to Sandee during these last difficult weeks of her life.
